The screw of the Triple Screw Extruder is constructed modularly and composed of a core shaft and screw elements. The screw elements are combined specifically according to the requirements of different materials.
Screw elements and core shaft are manufactured with high precision especially at the intermeshing clearance, so that the cumulative tolerance of the combined screw can meet the requirements of our design. This is the main characteristic of our screw shaft. It is also the basic guarantee that our machine can meet and satisfy the requirements of customers.
Screw shaft elements have two categories: screw thread elements and kneading elements.
