Fiber Crimping Nanomaterial FCN01 is a polymer-based nanocomposite introduced by the Material Research Department of KMD in Germany.

FCN01 triggers the transformation of polymer long chains through temperature change, resulting in polymer fibers that curl. Furthermore, FCN01 integrates nanocomposite electret technology, which offers excellent charge storage and retention capabilities. The addition of FCN01 significantly enhances filter performance with much higher air permeability.
